Sr Distribution Manager - Inventory Control

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or a minimum of 5years’ experience in Operations Inventory and Distribution management.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Operations Manager role

• Experienced in inventory management/accuracy/capability
• Ability to effectively develop subordinates through special training, coaching and exposure to new opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High aptitude for problem solving and troubleshooting

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or a minimum of years’ experience in Operations or Distribution supervision

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Distribution/Operation Management role related to Inventory Management

• Lean distribution experience
• Experience in an FDA/Medical Device environment
• Systems knowledge:  WMS, Microsoft applications, AS400 (i.e., JDE, SAP), SAP, E1 experience
• Self-motivated; can work with minimal supervision, in a remote facility
• Ability to supervise and coach timely and effectively
