Sr Distribution Manager - Inventory Control
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or a minimum of 5years’ experience in Operations Inventory and Distribution management.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Operations Manager role
- Experienced in inventory management/accuracy/capability
- Ability to effectively develop subordinates through special training, coaching and exposure to new opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High aptitude for problem solving and troubleshooting
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or a minimum of years’ experience in Operations or Distribution supervision
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Distribution/Operation Management role related to Inventory Management
- Lean distribution experience
- Experience in an FDA/Medical Device environment
- Systems knowledge: WMS, Microsoft applications, AS400 (i.e., JDE, SAP), SAP, E1 experience
- Self-motivated; can work with minimal supervision, in a remote facility
- Ability to supervise and coach timely and effectively
