Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Education Required
- Bachelor’s Degree
Years of Experience
- 4+ years of training design experience with a bachelor’s degree; or, 2+ years with an advanced degree
Specialized Knowledge or Skills Required
- Experience with adult learning methodologies and principles of instructional design
- MS Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Project /Program management experience
- Experience conducting training needs assessment (ADDIE)
- Experience with Articulate products (Storyline)
- Experience with a Seven Elements Compliance Program
- Effective time management and self-discipline to independently work on multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Experience training stakeholders at all levels
- Experience tracking, reporting, and driving course completions
- Experience working globally, in a multi-national environment
- Experience with SharePoint
- Experience integrating brand standards
- Makes timely and well-reasoned decisions based on accurate analysis of relevant information
- Effectively and persuasively communicates both verbally and in writing
- Working knowledge of the medical device industry, including enforcement trends and applicable laws
- Progressive mind-set, innovative thinking and ability to look for improvement opportunities
- Effectively collaborates and builds relationships across all levels and geographies of the organization
- Adaptable to competing demands and shifting priorities
- Able to work independently as well as part of team while exercising influence management skills to contribute to value added training programs
- Ability to communicate legal concepts in plain, action-oriented language
- Experience in developing and deploying blended learning programs
- Technical aptitude/affinity for systems which support an effective training and education program
- Effective interpersonal/communication and presentation skills
- Collaborative Teamwork and integrated approaches
- Works well under pressure in a dynamic environment
