Education:Degree holder, preferably with an MBA or advanced health degree. Healthcare-related educational background with good quantitative skills is highly preferred.

Experience and Skills:
-
At least 4-6 years experience in market access and or reimbursement in multinational medical device or pharmaceutical company

Clear understanding and exposure to local and central government reimbursement submission processes and proven track record of executing on market access/reimbursement strategy is highly preferred.

Strategic, analytical and capable of setting up processes and procedures

Result-oriented and a solution provider

Strong execution capability creating mechanisms to measure impact, progress

Good leadership skill, communication and influential power

Capable of working in a matrix environment and motivating teams to execute on strategy and meet milestones, deadlines.

Skillful & tactful in dealing with government and health care officials in China

Some commercial experience or exposure to (medical device) Marketing/Sales in Greater China is preferred.

Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English & Chinese

Good interpersonal skill and presentation skill

Experience working with Microsoft Office™ PowerPoint™ & Excel™

Role will be based in Shanghai at the MDT corporate offices
