IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, THE FOLLOWING BASIC QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE EVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME:

REQUIRED EDUCATION: 
•  Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science  

REQUIRED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 
•  4+ years (with Bachelor's) of similar work experience 
•  3 years of experience in the medical device industry

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: 
•  Proficient with statistics and statistical tools including DOE, ANOVA, Confidence and Tolerance Limits, and SPC
•  Experience with statistical software such as Minitab
•  Experience with developing test methods for medical devices
•  Experience with equipment set up and qualification in a Medical device industry
•  Experience with test method validation strategy and execution
•  Proven ability to manage complex problems and work well with people
•  Able to deliver on multiple projects simultaneously
•  Strong critical thinking skills
•  Ability to shift between abstract and concrete concepts
•  Proficient at influencing subordinates, peers, and senior management

DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: 
•  Master’s Degree in Engineering, Bioengineering, or Biotechnology
•  Bioengineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering education and experience
•  Experience in developing test methods or devices for Cardiovascular medical devices
•  ASQ Certified Quality/Reliability Engineer or Six Sigma Black Belt a plus
•  Project management experience  
•  Combination drug/medical device products
•  Proven ability to manage complex problems and work well with people
•  Able to deliver on multiple projects simultaneously
•  Strong critical thinking skills
•  Ability to shift between abstract and concrete concepts
•  Excellent prioritization skills
•  Strong verbal, writing and presentation skills
•  Proficient at influencing subordinates, peers, and senior management
•  Self-directed
