Senior Tender and Pricing Analyst, Almaty

Must Haves
•    Degree in Financial Studies or relevant disciplines.
•    Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in tender, contracts, procurement or similar, preferably in healthcare sector or other sectors with similar tendering practices in Kazakhstan market including minimum 3-5 years’ in  multinational company.
•    Awareness of tender rules (general terms & conditions) as well as governmental laws & regulations.
•    Advanced Microsoft Office skills especially in Excel.
•    Knowledge of contract concepts, contract law or regulations.
•    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels and to all departments within the company as well as with external customers.
•    Strong analytical mindset  to assess  price & cost analysis with expertise in data analysis.
•    Ability to work in  fast paced environment and coping with deadlines and managing several high priority tasks simultaneously with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
•    Highly driven and able to work under pressure and self-motivated with  ability to work with minimum supervision. 
•    Detail oriented and able to create quality systems with 100% accuracy with ability to understand / design process flows and implement improvements.
•    Problem solving, solution finding and decision making oriented; master in navigating through a complex matrix environment with multi-cultural and multi-functional components.
•    Flexibility in working hours in order to ensure tender documents are completed within deadlines given.
•    Fluency in Russian and English.
•    Must have flexibility in travelling, approximately 15% time when needed

Nice to Haves
•    Previous medical device industry experience
•    Six Sigma or Lean Training and Certification
•    Previous experience with SAP and Vendavo
