- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline such as Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, Psychology or Social Science.
- Post Graduate qualifications in HR or Management highly regarded
Nice to Have
- 10+ years’ experience in a HR generalist and/or senior recruitment specialist role.
- Sound understanding of the local labor law as it relates to recruitment and hiring.
- Solid knowledge of the staffing and talent management best practices with an appreciation and knowledge of the varied and diverse cultures that exist in Korea and impact our business and global employment markets.
- A track record of success in participation and execution of tangible solutions.
- Proven track-record of progressive personal career development within HR
- Success working across complex; highly matrix; multi-cultural organizations.
- Ability to deliver solutions within environments undergoing significant change.
- Experience with a variety of staffing sourcing channels; systems; methodologies, analytics, reporting dashboards, and demonstrable expertise in driving change as a result.
- Excellent PC skills, intermediate-advanced Microsoft application skills
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, medical devices advantageous
- Sound working knowledge of HRIS Systems/Taleo.
- Proven experience in generating HR reports and statistics
- Exposure to developing and coordinating regular HR communications
- Exposure to related administrative processes relating to global employee mobility programs
- May have broad knowledge of project management
Other Comments or Requirements:
- Travel: Approximately 15-20% travel (Some interstate and overseas travel will be required)
