Senior Scrum Master
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ Years as a Scrum Master for software engineering teams or related project management experience
Nice to Have:
- First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I)
- Regulated industry experience
- Familiar with planning tools like TFS, Confluence or similar
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excels at building strong relationships with scrum team, external stakeholders, and leadership
- Scrum team predictability, quality and velocity improvements over time
- Transparency of scrum team work in progress and completed work, as well as work that carries over from sprint to sprint
- Strategic communication with stakeholders outside of the scrum team
- Feedback from scrum team, Product Owner (PO), and business stakeholders
- Experience working in distributed, global teams
- Experience teaching and coaching team members
