- Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of sales/general compensation or sales operations/analytics experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years of experience
- Experience supporting a Sales organization
- Knowledge expertise in program design, communication, implementation and administration
- Experience providing support to one or more client groups including planning activities, communication activities, program support, and problem resolution
- Highly collaborative style, flexibility, and strong team orientation
- Experience with mathematical, statistical or quantitative analysis techniques and tools
- Ability to collaborate with and influence decision making at many levels within the organization
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Talent for facilitating and leading discussions and managing diverse opinions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to understand the details, synthesize information while maintaining broader view
- Advanced computer skills and data management/reporting systems including MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint), Enterprise Applications (e.g. Workday), Reporting, Workforce Analytics
