Basic Qualifications:

Education Required
• Master’s degree in health policy, business administration, or public administration
Years of Experience
• 7+ years’ work experience in reimbursement, medical devices, and/or health care.
Specialized Knowledge or Skills Required
• Customer-facing experience
• Project management experience leading cross-functional teams
• Experience reviewing commercial coverage policies and Medicare payment regulations
Desired/Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in health policy, business administration, public administration or a related discipline.
• Understanding of US payment systems and healthcare trends
• Experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Industry Health Policy / Strategic Reimbursement experience
• Experience working with product-development teams
• 5+ years healthcare work experience including 3+ years device industry or pharmaceutical industry health policy/strategic reimbursement planning experience.
• Able to work independently.
• Able to apply strong analytical skills to a variety of situations of varying ambiguity.
• Independently develop clinical and economical value dossier and value tools/summaries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to all levels of the organization.
