Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Minimum
of 5 years
reimbursement and access experience in the Pharma or Medical Device Sector
·
5
years sales/marketing experience
·
Business and/or Science
Degree, Master’s degree preferred.
·
Excellent
communication skills; verbal and written with very strong presentation skills
to a wide range of audiences.
·
Able
to effectively engage in a highly professional manner with C-Suite and all
levels of an organization; internally and externally.
·
Able
to meet tight deadlines, execute on multiple projects simultaneously, and be
highly
engaged in a fast-paced
dynamic environment.
·
Willing
and flexible to travel approximately up to 35% of the time.
·
Position
is based at the Medtronic Brampton office.
Nice to Have:
·
Clinical
background (nurse, dietician, pharmacist, other) or a very strong clinical
knowledge of diabetes.
- Program
development and execution in partnership with Plan Sponsors.
