Senior R-D Engineer

Must Have: Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of product design and development experience 
• Six Sigma (DFSS) or APQP experience
• Problem Solving Skills – Shainin, DFSS, optimization, etc
• Proficient in Pro E CAD software
• Modeling – Creo Basic
• Assembling – Creo Assembly
• Mechanism Analysis – Creo Mechanism, ANSYS
• Finite Element Analysis – Creo Simulate, ANSYS, LS-Dyna
• Tolerancing - CETOL, RSS, Monte Carlo simulations
• Mathcad
• Extensive experience working with Windchill PDMLink
• Knowledge of and application of drafting practices, GD&T, ASME drawing standards
• Demonstrated understanding of typical plastics and metals manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Working knowledge of Minitab
• Office – Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel, Project
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Strong preference for technical writing experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
• Interested in and able to grow within the organization
• Ability to work in a team environment and interface effectively with cross-functional groups to define and execute overall requirements.
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to build relationships within and outside of the organization
