Must Have: Minimum Requirements
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

4+ years of experience
-
Experience in general management, finance, accounting, marketing, business planning, business architecture, business process design, data analysis, data analytics, project management, program management, or technology/platform development
SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE:
Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookup, Data Manipulation, Multiple Embedded Formulas)
Nice to Have:

Consulting experience
-
Formal Project or Program Manager role
-
Experience authoring and socializing Statements of Work
-
Capable of serving as an independent practitioner and leading a small team while interfacing across business, functional, project/program management, and technology/capability development stakeholders to identify efficiency & cost opportunities

Strong MS Excel Skills (Embedded Formulas, Pivot Tables, V-Lookup, Data Manipulation)

Strong verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders

Experience working effectively in a matrixed corporate environment

Business Architecture and Business Process Modeling experience

Ability to build relationships with partners from diverse backgrounds

Experience interfacing and collaborating with varying roles

Able to operate with incomplete or ambiguous information
