Must Haves
• University degree in business, economical, marketing or engineering discipline.
• More than 6 years of local commercial experience (field marketing or field sales) within the healthcare industry.
• Analytical skills with high attention to detail, including experience in conducting business analysis using data from multiple sources to identify actionable insights.
• A proven track record of successfully planning, organizing, monitoring, and driving execution of a strategy and commercial projects with geographically distributed teams.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of working time.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-location stakeholders, as a team player, within a matrix organization.
• Capability to synthetize complex concepts into few, clear statements.
• A proactive, solution-oriented attitude and ability to work independently with a result-driven, positive, can-do attitude with strong organizational and time management skills.
Nice to Haves
• Understanding of EMEA Diabetes market or Medtronic Diabetes product portfolio.
• Working knowledge of marketing, market research and digital marketing.
• Regional, Country, Cluster Sales, Commercial or Marketing experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power Point.
