MUST HAVE (Minimum Qualifications)
• Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience with an advanced degree
NICE TO HAVE (Preferred Qualifications)
• Strongly Preferred:
o Previous Medtronic experience
o Previous program management experience. 
o Experience using PLM tools (Winchill, Agile, Enovia, etc.) 
o Practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects, and tactics in a matrix environment. 
o Advanced knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.  
o Ability to establish and maintain a trusted role with the various stakeholders in coordinating multiple functions across multiple organizations. 
o Able to flex in and out where the program needs by wearing multiple hats to lead and/or execute other swimlanes on the program such as local training, role mapping, data migration and organizational change management. 
o Familiarity with enterprise level systems (ERP, PDM, PLM, SAP, ALM, etc.). 
• Experience managing teams across different geographies remotely. 
• Experience using PDM tools. 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, negotiating; planning and organizing teamwork; ability to address difficult situations; conflict resolution; resource constraint and problem solving. Strong written communication skills. 
• Effective planning and organization skills including the proven ability to work against multiple objectives and on multiple programs simultaneously. 
• Ability to balance team leadership responsibilities while still operating as an individual contributor at times. 
• Practical knowledge in leading people through change, including execution of processes, projects, and tactics in a matrixed environment. 
• Experience implementing initiatives through effective influence management skills at multiple levels in the organization. 
• Strong interpersonal, relationship and team building skills. 
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to tailor communication for different audiences.
• Domestic Travel: Ability to travel within the United States up to 15% of the time if based outside the Minneapolis metropolitan area.

The provided base salary range is used nationally (except in certain CA locations). The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
