MUST HAVE (Minimum Qualifications)
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8+ years of relevant experience with an advanced degree
• Functional experience in SAP SD module.
• Expertise in SAP SD/Sales Order Management configuration.
NICE TO HAVE
• Subject Matter Expert in SAP SD module and related solutions for SOM Processes:
o Order to Cash
o Billing
o Invoicing
• Significant ERP Implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of order management processes.
• Experience in business process definition, requirements definition and technology solution research.
• Experience in facilitating small to large groups through challenging discussions
• Experience leading in a team-based environment and being accountable on both individual and team-based assignments.
• Ability to work through and solve complex problems.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and changing environments, learn quickly and teach others.
• Lean manufacturing and six sigma experience
• Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally, to all levels of the organization, understanding audience and tailoring communication as appropriate.
• Strong influence management skills.
• Prioritization skills.
• Project leadership/management experience.
• Global experience and orientation
• General knowledge of system development methodologies.
• Proficient use of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio and Project
