Senior Principal IT Business Systems Analyst - Americas IT Sales & Marketing
MUST HAVE (Minimum Qualifications)
• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of experience with an advanced degree
NICE TO HAVE (Preferred Qualifications)
• Strongly Preferred:
o 5+ years of experience working on Salesforce.com CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Health Cloud)
• Advanced degree in Computer Science or business-related discipline
• Proven work experience as a business analyst in the medical device and/or healthcare industry
• 2+ years of experience leading projects as the lead business analyst or scrum masters on a major project
• Evidence of Salesforce.com admin or developer certifications for sales cloud, marketing cloud, or other similar Salesforce.com certifications
• History of performing systems configuration and light development in CRM technologies, marketing technologies, learning management systems, content management systems.
• Strong technical acumen in commercial sales and marketing technologies
• Demonstrated history of decision making and influence skills across all levels of a matrix organization
• A self-motivated entrepreneurial problem solver
• Strong communication skills, including with employees, clients, senior management and vendors
• Strong results orientation (driving to deadlines, financial targets, project goals, etc.)
• Ability to work collaboratively and partner with employees, leaders, clients, and vendors
• Strong presentation skills, including the ability to translate technical information into business terms (e.g., ability to explain complex technical solutions and architecture strategies to non-technical resources)
• Able to work independently as well as cooperatively
