- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical field
- Requires a University Degree and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Experience at factoring operational cost into infrastructure, architecture and service decisions.
- Familiarity with Kerberos, Active Directory and/or other LDAP solutions.
- Experience working with application development in the healthcare domains of an FDA regulated environment.
- Experience with clinical domain systems and standards (e.g. Epic, HL7)
- 8+ years in technical lead/Architect roles for software development teams building mission critical cloud applications in an environment applying modern engineering practices (Lean, Agile, DevOps).
- Current hands-on implementation experience required: individual contributors only.
- Strong written and oral communication skills working with diverse audiences in both software development and traditional IT roles.
- Excellent attitude and aptitude with demonstrated strategic mindset that can drive change.
