MUST HAVE (Minimum Qualifications)
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 7+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of relevant experience with an advanced degree
• Black Belt Certification required
NICE TO HAVE
• MBA or related graduate degree
• 8+ years of business process or related experience
• 2+ years of experience in coaching and mentoring Lean Six Sigma projects
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or other related discipline
• Proficient in the application of continuous process improvement methodologies such as Lean Sigma or equivalent, and the use of project management tools
• Excellent presentation skills are required as the candidate is interfacing with senior management on a regular basis
• Experience working in a matrixed environment
