Must Have: Minimum Requirements
-
7+ years of accounting or finance experience with Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or finance
-
5+ years of accounting or finance experience with a Master’s Degree
-
CPA, MBA or other Master’s Degree
-
Demonstrated understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
-
Working knowledge of JDE, SAP, and Hyperion reporting systems
-
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and experience with PowerPoint
Nice to Have:
-
Broad knowledge of analysis and business planning concepts and methods, in addition to various accounting and finance disciplines, cost, budgets and general accounting.

Ability to develop complex financial models, identify key issues, convey results and propose alternatives to financial and non-financial managers in a concise manner.

Strong communication, presentation skills and ability to work across a global matrix organization.

Previous accounting experience within the medical device industry or a global manufacturing company and recent exposure to a similar accounting role.

Demonstrated ability to manage to tight deadlines, along with flexibility to change priorities

Strong analytical, problem solving and modeling skills.

Ability to deal with ambiguity in a complex organizational structure

High attention to detail and accuracy
-
Proven track record of attaining organizational and personal objectives.

Willingness and ability to perform financial analysis for special projects as requested
