MUST HAVE (Minimum Qualifications)
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 1+ years of experience with an advanced degree


NICE TO HAVE (Preferred Qualifications)
• Previous Medtronic experience
• Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, or related area of study
• 3+ years of related business experience
• An entrepreneurial mentality with a focus on continuous improvement of the product/service
• Ability to collaborate, build relationships with, and influence across organizations at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to make decisions quickly, adapt & be flexible
• Demonstrated ability to work and make decisions in an ambiguous environment or with limited information
• Ability to identify and coordinate cross-functional and team dependencies
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively, balancing business value with time criticality, opportunity enablement, and risk reduction
• Ability to quickly break down high-level features into digestible user-centric work items that can be delivered in short iterations
• Within your experience, at least 2 years of indirect coaching or people management experience
• Within your experience, at least 2 years spent leading business-side process and driving technical solutions
• Experience with agile development processes (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Customer personas and journey mapping experience
• Experience with agile delivery platforms (e.g., VersionOne, Jira)
• Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation)
• Experience supporting teams in transforming from a project mindset to a product mindset
• Customer-first mindset
• Innovative mindset
• Flexibility and adaptability to changes; continuous improvement mindset
• Relationship building and networking skills
