Must Have – Minimum Qualifications:
- Requires a University Degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
- Requires advanced knowledge of job area combining breadth and depth, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
- May have practical knowledge of project management.
Nice to Have:
- Medtronic HR experience and process knowledge desired
- Change and Stakeholder Management experience
- Highly organized, maintains rigor of process, and holds task owners accountable.
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
- HTML experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills. Competent making presentations, giving status updates and facilitating cross-functional and cross-site meetings.
