Senior Health Solutions Consultant for IHS (Integrated Health Solutions) Istanbul - Turkey

Must Haves
•    Degree in relevant functional area (ie., Public Health, Medicine, Marketing)
•    5-7+ years as consultant from a top tier consulting firm or high end Hospital/healthcare firms in a consulting and business development function.
•    Extensive experience in the healthcare environment and in dealing with hospitals’ clinical leaders, staff, and C-suite/Sr. Management/stakeholders and thorough knowledge of the decision-making process within hospitals (physicians, C-suite, economic buyers)
•    Excellent generic consulting skills especially problem solving
•    Excellent knowledge of public health/ population health/healthcare marketing
•    Strong experience in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data
•    Strong ability to develop and foster business relationships with continuously changing stakeholders and confidence to build trust with client stakeholders and  business acumen / linking pin to commercial business development. 
•    Demonstrable program management skills: planning & coordinating, communicating & influencing, relationship building, achieving milestones, resolving issues and managing risks.
•    Coaching and mentoring skills to manage cross functional project teams and working together as a team to develop new service offerings out of pilot projects.
•    Ability to work independently but according to standardized practices industrialized by the team.
•    Experience of how to work and communicate in international environments preferably in Matrix
•    Excellent in English 

Nice to Haves
•    Experience in lean and six sigma with certification 
•    Master’s degree in relevant functional area (ie., Public Health, Medicine)
