Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting (Or Advanced Degree with 2+ years)
Nice to Have
- 4+ years of business experience with emphasis in accounting or finance including 4+ years of public accounting/SEC Reporting experience
- Experience with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (U.S. GAAP), financial controls, and other authoritative accounting and reporting guidance
- Interest in learning and becoming knowledgeable in preparation of annual Irish Statutory Accounts (Directors’ Report, Consolidated Financial Statements, and Entity Financial Statements of TopCo Parent)
- Active CPA
- Big 4 public accounting experience and/or SEC external reporting experience
- Ability to work effectively with several levels of management, including senior level executives, and partner with a variety of business, functional, and regional partners to provide financial support
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and desire and ability to learn financial applications (Wdesk, SAP, Hyperion Essbase)
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapidly changing priorities while consistently delivering on time/high quality results, including interest and/or experience with visual management tools and processes
- Must demonstrate good judgment, tact, discretion, and diplomacy in decision making support
- A high degree of initiative and self-motivation and desire to learn in a continuous improvement environment
- Ability to manage and manipulate data to develop financial analysis
- MBA/potential interest in pursuing MBA or other professional degrees
