MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or MBA with a Finance concentration

Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experienceNICE TO HAVE

Strong influence management skills

Experience leading in a complex organization.

Knowledge of general accepted accounting principles (GAAP)

Resource and budget management experience.

MBA or CPA

Good judgment and problem solving skills

Proven business partnering skills

Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and ability to work with various levels of management

Manufacturing / Supply Chain finance experience
