Senior Finance Director, ANZ
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Degree qualified and minimum of 15 years of relevant experience with 10+ years of managerial experience
- MBA/CA/CPA or similar advanced degree desirable
- Prior experience as a country CFO and management of a large team desirable
- Requires advanced management and leadership to lead cross-department and cross-functions teams and projects
Specialized
Knowledge or Skills Required:
- Has budget and P&L accountability for one or more functional areas, geographies, divisions, product groups or service groups.
- Ideally, has previous CFO experience within a smaller country/organization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- High level of proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong interpersonal capabilities and project management skills
- Seasoned professional with a strong understanding of the medical device industry device development and commercialization process in a developed market.
- Expertise in advanced program and portfolio analysis, financial analysis and valuation, project management
- Progressively increased responsible program and portfolio management experience
