Senior Employment Relation Specialist for the Nordics
Are you the profile we are looking for to join our exciting company and HR team?
We are looking for someone who can understand the complexity of a Matrix company and who can drive results. We see that you have at least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and five years or more experience form a similar role. You should have strong interpersonal and communication skills since it is necessary to establish good working relationships. It is essential that you speak a Scandinavian language as well as English. We would like you to have experience in working with employee and labor relations in the Nordics and demonstrated knowledge of employment law. It would also be a plus to have experience in project management. We see a great team player as well as a great negotiator and listener. We would like you to have a more coaching mindset and to see solutions to problems.
