Must Haves
• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years of HR experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of HR experience with advanced degree
• Employee Relations experience
• Ability to flex hours as needed to support shifts in manufacturing environment
Nice to Have
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or related field
• PHR Certification
• Experience supporting multiple locations
• Demonstrated knowledge of employment law
• Demonstrated knowledge of ER procedures and processes
• Demonstrated ability to provide strategic, proactive partnership to leaders
• Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc)
• Experience in project management
• Experience in program/process design, as well as process improvement skill set
• Experience supporting various functions at all levels of the organization
