Senior Cybersecurity Specialist - Cyber Threat Intelligence
MUST HAVE (Minimum Qualifications)
• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of experience with an advanced degree
NICE TO HAVE (Preferred Qualifications)
• Previous Medtronic experience
• Strong desire and ability for analytical and critical thinking
• Ability to design, develop, and follow processes
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, OneNote, ServiceNow, Threat Intelligence Platforms, Web Intelligence tools, threat feeds, SIEM, full packet capture/flows
• Working knowledge of multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux, BSD)
• Ability to work in a work in a fast-paced environment including translation of complex concepts and issues into insights for Senior Management and non-technical audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Ability to work independently on initiatives with little oversight
• Experience facilitating working sessions
• Experience creating risk mitigation strategies
• Knowledge of the Cyber Killchain and MITRE ATT&CK frameworks
• Understanding of standard Cyber Threat Intelligence Terminology
• Relevant certifications such as GCTI
• Demonstrated ability to take a risk based and proactive approach to manage change
• Demonstrated ability to work in flexible and ambiguous environments
