Senior Clinical R&D Manager

• Advanced degree in Bio-Medical engineering/Medicine/Life Sciences or Engineering with relevant experience
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the medical devices industry in the roles which include most of the key responsibilities as described above
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as people manager, managing teams of 10 or more employees
• Proven record of successful clinical research in the Med tech area
• Experience in leading human factors and UX teams
• Proven record of successful medical product development, from idea to product
• Experience working closely with peers, customers, and patients in Israel and abroad
• Exceptional communication and in-personal skills
• Strong managerial and organizational skills
• Clear thinker with clinical-analytical mindset
• Leader with a proactive approach
• Fluent Hebrew and English

Nice to have:

• Experience in developing products/applications that are AI based – an advantage
