Must Have: Minimum Requirements 
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of experience with a Master's degree
  • 2+ years case support experience
  • Experience with teaching/training medical personnel
  • Mitral Valve Cardiac Echocardiography experience
  • Imaging interpretation experience (TTE or Trans Esophageal Echocardiography (TEE), CT, Angiograms)
Nice to Have 
  • 5+ years medical device industry, clinical or sales experience in an industry setting; selling or supporting interventional cardiology, vascular or surgical products
  • 5+ years’ experience in Clinical Research, hospital, engineering or medical devices (3+ years’ experience with Master’s degree or 0+ years’ with PhD)
  • 5+ years’ experience collaborating with cross functional clinical partners, customers or sales colleagues in the health care industry
  • Exceptional understanding of cardiac and vascular anatomy, physiology, and pathology
  • Excellent influencing and consulting skill
  • Ability to make timely and sound decisions under pressure
  • Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology, medical procedures and the medical device industry
  • Advanced degree in Engineering (BioMed/EE/Mech), Healthcare/Life Sciences 
  • 2+ years’ experience in the management of clinical devices
  • 5+ years’ experience in a cath lab, biomedical engineering, hospital/clinic or medical sales
  • Ability to work with many different customers from varying backgrounds
  • Ability to successfully perform the essential functions of this job
  • Experience with wires, balloons, catheters, stents
  • Experience communicating product’s instructions for use to physicians and hospital administration
  • Expertise with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Effectively build and maintain positive relationships with peers and colleagues across organizational levels and functions
  • Ability to coordinate/participate in numerous tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment in an organized manner while meeting deadlines
  • Strong work ethic in accomplishing objectives of the position
  • Ability to travel with overnight stay up to 75% of the time (geography variability)
  • Ability to accommodate an unpredictable schedule

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be independently mobile.  The employee is also required to interact with a computer, and communicate with peers and co-workers.
  • Ability to work in Cath Labs or Operating Rooms with radiation exposure
  • Ability to conduct company business outside of the typical Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, work-schedule
  • Able to lift 20 pounds
  • Extended periods of time doing computer-based work
  • Hearing, sight and speaking ability
  • Ability to use computers and CT reconstruction programming
  • Ability to travel extensively by car and plane.
  • Ability to sit and stand for 8 hours/day
  • Wear lead apron for long periods of time (2-3hrs on average)
  • Ability to operate a moving vehicle
  • Ability to work in Cath Labs or Operating Rooms with radiation exposure
  • Must be able to wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
