Senior Benefits Program Manager – Health & Welfare
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of benefits experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years’ experience
Nice to Have
- 5+ years of experience in multiple HR disciplines
- 5+ years of program and/or project management experience
- Advanced knowledge of benefit programs and processes
- Knowledge of HR practices, techniques and standards
- Skilled with Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Advanced HRIS system knowledge
- Competency in managing cross-functional, global projects
- Ability to indirectly manage a team of individuals and drive a project to successful completion
- Competent delivering presentations, giving status updates and facilitating cross-functional reports
- Highly organized and process oriented
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Competent in written and oral communication
- Proven problem solving, decision-making and issue resolution skills
- Ability to effectively perform in a highly matrixed environment.
- Experience with high visibility and/or global programs/projects

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
