Must Haves

• Autonomy:  Performs work without appreciable direction.

• Communication and Influence: Excellent communication skills. Develops long term relationships and alliances with key internal and external stakeholders. Influences across functions and businesses to negotiate and gain cooperation on operational issues and internal divergent objectives. 
• Education and Experience: Requires an Accounting qualification and/or University Degree and minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience of working within a US corporate structure and within a European matrix structure is highly beneficial.
• Technical knowledge: Strong financial and accounting knowledge. 
• Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken 
• Travel: Willing to travel (within Benelux)
• Please note that for this position, relocation support is not provided. Preferably, we are looking for candidates that live within a max 80km radius of our Medtronic office in Eindhoven, the Netherlands or Brussels, Belgium.
