Main Purpose:
- To maintain and service existing customers and assists in developing new business where opportunities occur
- To gain market share in specific business by promoting, selling and servicing Medtronic’s specific products within assigned territory
- To achieve AOP for Coronary Vascular business in Thailand which includes specific products
- To penetrate the Coronary market at targeted accounts through execution of market development programs
Key Accountabilities:
- Achieve sales revenue, market share, and market development targets for a specified territory, by promoting defined Medtronic products to key specialist, referrers, and technical staff for a specific business.
- Plan and implement sales call plans, provide field reports inputs to Sales Supervisor/ Manager.
- Provide ongoing, timely customer support by providing product information and use of products through appropriate communication channels.
- Propose and execute targeted market development programs at key accounts to address barriers to adoption of PCI cases.
- Provide case support for Coronary Intervention procedures. Maintain excellent knowledge of clinical and technical aspects of case support.
- Ensure customer order cycle is complete. Maintain communication with internal Medtronic inventory control staff to ensure goods are delivered according to lead time.
- Gather and communicate market intelligence (pricing, competitor’s activities, customer demands) and maintain a thorough knowledge of hospital usage of Medtronic versus competing products and activities.
- Work closely with customer service and supply chain to ensure inventories and consigned goods are accounted and fully utilize.
- Practice good management in terms of planning, administration and expense planning and control. Comply with Medtronic’s code of conduct at all times.
- Ensure the company’s agreed quality standards are maintained with regard to its products procedures, policies, operations, customer
- Ensure the highest level of product knowledge is attained and maintained.
- Organize and participate in conferences and seminars.
- Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) – To actively utilizes SFE processes for planning, delivering and analyzing sales calls
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any related fields, preferably Medical Technology, Nursing, HealthScience
- At least 2-3 years working experience in areas of the sales from multi-national companies, especially Medical Devices
- Good command of English would be an advantage
- High Level of Integrity and Customer Focus
- Interpersonal & Strong Selling Skills
- Computer literacy
- Having own transportation
