Must Have: Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 4 years of experience; project coordination or support experience in a regulatory environment
Nice to Have
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to successfully balance and prioritize multiple ongoing projects/tasks
Demonstrates a high level of administrative competence
High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
High degree of initiative and self-motivation
Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems through analytical reasoning
Excellent customer service and telephone skills
Ability to coordinate multiple calendars and schedule travel arrangements for middle and upper management
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationships
