Regional Product Manager, Enabling Technologies, Northwestern Europe
Must Haves
- Master’s degree preference in international business or other relevant marketing education.
- Good experience of expanding marketing and/or sales responsibilities
- Proven ability to operate in a matrix environment and work effectively with sales & regional marketing management as well as other functions
- Strong ability to get plans executed and implemented from regional to local
- Proven track record to work independently with challenged objectives. Highly motivated, “can do” attitude with strong influence management skills
- Proven ability to effectively communicate (English written or verbal at high level) at all levels in an organization and with diverse groups, high interpersonal skills required.
- Proven track record of good judgment. Demonstrated integrity and respect of peers/subordinates/all internal and external customers
- Strong Marketing and operational competences
- Familiar with Business Conduct Policies in a multinational environment with high ethical focus.
- Ability to travel approximately 60%+, mainly in North Western countries and Europe
- Must have proximity to international airport
Nice to Haves
- Cross-countries sales and/or marketing leadership experience in a medical device international company is an advantage
- Additional European languages an advantage
