Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 years of experience; project coordination
Nice to Have
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Experience managing calendars
- Experience with web-based systems
- Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and ERP systems
- Problem solving/DMAIC skills
- Green Belt certified
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and judgment
- Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
- Accuracy and attention to detail essential, with strong analytical skills
- Ability to set priorities and resolve issues independently
- Ability to relate to diverse communities and levels; strong customer service orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of working on multiple projects in a dynamic, deadline driven environment – demonstrated skill under pressure
- Self-motivated, flexible, quick learner, team player and strong work ethic
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; verbal and written
- Knowledge of myMedtronic, Expense Report, Visio, Excel and other applications
- Extensive knowledge of SiteBuilder software
- Ability to create and leverage employee networks
- Ability to independently take a project from beginning to end
- Strong energy, aptitude, and attitude for continuous improvement
- Proficient in the use of project management tools
- Ability to work with little direction and supervision, manage timelines and expectations, adjust for unplanned assignments, and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with BW Business Warehouse and Business Objects, Power BI
