• Education required – high school diploma or GE
• Years of experience – 5+ years administrative experience
• Experience managing calendars
• Experience with web-based systems
• Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and judgment
• Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
• Accuracy and attention to detail essential
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to set priorities and resolve issues independently
• Comfortable with ability to influence others with or without direct authority
