BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
· BS degree in Mechanical, Materials, Electrical or Biomedical Engineering
· Eligible for PMP certification or equivalent
· 5+ years relevant experience
· Previous project experience with medical or technology devices or in a regulated industry preferred
· Experience managing development of systems, active implantables and/or medical devices containing software preferred
DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Successfully led product development or product enhancement projects through commercial launch OR
· Successfully led quality system compliance or improvement projects
· Able to complete projects on time
· Strong leadership skills to drive projects to completion through active interaction with appropriate functional managers, departmental staff, and core team members
· Strong organizational and planning skills
· Strong interpersonal verbal communication skills and strong written communication in status updates, specifications, protocols and reports
· PC application skills: MS Project, Excel, Word
