Product Specialist, HWM (Hernia & Wound Management) for TWAL (Turkey, West Asia, Levant)

Must Haves

•    Bachelor / Master degree in related fields.
•    Around 3 years of marketing / product management experience with cover of different countries regionally in a medical devices / pharmaceuticals company.
•    Experience in successful launch of new products in varying market conditions.
•    Market development experience.
•    Experience in implementing  innovative channels as digital.
•    Excellent analytical skills with proven ability to operate in a matrix environment and work effectively with sales teams and customers.
•    Cross-functional mindset and creative thinking with disruptive approach.
•    Self-starter that can work independently with minimal supervision.
•    Positive approach and strong team worker and strong drive for execution, “make things happen” attitude.
•    Highly motivated, strong “win and can do” attitude.
•    Strong personality, able to influence without formal authority. 
•    Proven ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) at all levels.
•    Demonstrated integrity and respect. 
•    Fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

•    Additional field sales experience.
•    Knowledge of project management.
