Must Haves
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life-science, Healthcare or another relevant, advanced degree
- Strong experience in marketing or sales & marketing, some of which must be in healthcare industry.
- Proven skills in marketing strategies, product positioning, quality improvement, pricing and reimbursement.
- Comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the medical device industry.
- Ability to quickly manage and execute on a product launch, PR or strategic awareness campaign.
- Solid understanding of the sales process and business acumen.
- Ability to plan, manage and execute projects within budget and on schedule.
- Creativity and leadership. Ability to motivate a team to deliver exceptional results.
- Some international travel will be required – 30 - 40% of the time.
- Excellent oral and written English
- Home based, must live within 50km of a major international airport.
Nice to Haves
- Digital Marketing experience.
- Knowledge of Hydrocephalus and Critical care market and related therapies.
- Any other European language.
- Sales experience.
