Product Manager, Hydrocephalus (CSF) and Critical Care, Western Europe

Must Haves

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life-science, Healthcare or another relevant, advanced degree
• Strong experience in marketing or sales & marketing, some of which must be in healthcare industry. 
• Proven skills in marketing strategies, product positioning, quality improvement, pricing and reimbursement. 
• Comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the medical device industry.
• Ability to quickly manage and execute on a product launch, PR or strategic awareness campaign.
• Solid understanding of the sales process and business acumen.
• Ability to plan, manage and execute projects within budget and on schedule. 
• Creativity and leadership. Ability to motivate a team to deliver exceptional results.
• Some international travel will be required –  30 - 40% of the time.
• Excellent oral and written English
• Home based, must live within 50km of a major international airport.

Nice to Haves

• Digital Marketing experience. 
• Knowledge of Hydrocephalus and Critical care market and related therapies.
• Any other European language.
• Sales experience.
