Principal Training & Education Specialist, Neurovascular
Must Have
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience. Previous clinical experience is an advantage.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in medical education strategy and implementation is desirable, with a foundational knowledge of Competency Based Education concepts.
- Medical knowledge in Neurovascular therapy is highly preferred.
Nice to Have
- Strong record of achieving goals and targets.
- Proven ability to create / localize medical education training materials.
- High level communications and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholder.
- Experience in a “team oriented” multi-cultural environment.
- Motivated for self-development / improvement.
- Ability to work weekends / travel at min 40% of times.
