BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, THE FOLLOWING BASIC QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE EVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME
EDUCATION REQUIRED
• B.S. in Nursing, Science or Technical Discipline
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
• 7+ years of related clinical experience with Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of related clinical experience with Master’s degree.
DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Doctorate in Audiology, preferred.
• Prior experience in an audiology clinic or working with hearing aids and/or implants
• Demonstrated technical knowledge and ability to resolve routine clinical or technical problems.
• Demonstrated ability to comfortably interact directly with patients.
• Operating room experience.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate and interpret customer needs and provide creative solutions in a variety of situations with significant complexity. Looks to exceed customer expectations.
• Demonstrated ability to provide support the education/training to the various users of the product, including, but not limited to, new sales representatives and clinical specialists, physician, audiologists, etc.
• Able to assess performance and provide guidance to other clinical specialists.
• Demonstrated understanding of the competitive environment.
• Able to use relevant computer programs and mobile applications including, but not limited to, Microsoft products and customer management programs, such as Salesforce.com.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation.
