Must Haves:
• Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of work experience with exposure to Financial or Master’s Degree/ MBA with 4+ years of work experience with exposure to financial modeling, valuation analysis, and / or business development.
Nice to Haves:
• Robust financial modeling including forecasting and pro-forma P&L development and valuation including probability-adjusted discounted cash flow analysis, market comparable analysis, etc.
• Established competence in market analysis and assessments
• Strong quantitative and technical / computer skills (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong data management and research skills
• Management consulting, investment banking (M&A) or corporate strategy experience strongly preferred
• Medical device / health care industry experience with significant exposure to digital health and healthcare IT engagements and value-based initiatives / opportunities
• Experience in preparing, reviewing or negotiating legal documents including contracts, NDAs, SPAs, etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight, prioritize projects and deliver quality results within tight time constraints
• Strong work ethic and collaborative approach with a clear attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
