Principal Pricing Strategy Analyst (APAC)
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience

- 7+ Years previous healthcare experience in Strategy, Finance, Reimbursement / Health Economics, Marketing or Pricing & Contracting.
- The ideal candidate should have in-depth understanding and extensive experience with the development and execution of pricing and contracting strategies that optimize market access and product profitability
- Significant experience is required in price, contract and tendering. Sales or downstream/operational marketing experience a plus. The last one to two positions should have been in pricing, contracting or tendering positions.
- Proven track record on Business Partnership and process improvement
- Strong Leadership and influence skills for all levels of the business
- Knowledge and understanding of regional tendering, reimbursement and funding paths
- Strong business acumen and financial understanding
- Excellent analytic and strategic skills - Demonstrated analytical and statistical problem solving skills
- At ease and able to operate in a very diversified cultural environment
- Experience with working in a complex matrix structure
- Strong written and verbal communication as well and negotiation skills to drive significant change management / adoption of new practices
- Team player and track record of working collaboratively to manage cross-functional, cross-business issues and generate impact through others.
- Fluent in English, any other local languages from APAC is a plus
- Mandatory University degree, Master’s degree preferred
