Must Have: Minimum Requirements
•Bachelor’s Degree
•Minimum of 7 years of work experience in a Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Strategy, BD, R&D or Consulting role (5 years with an Advanced degree) where you were responsible for understanding strategic needs, financial/market models, competitive trends and business impact
•Microsoft Excel experience
Nice to Have:
•MBA or other Advanced Degree
•Experience in medical devices, healthcare or consulting industry helpful
•Experience in a high performing consulting, strategic planning, or finance environment, demanding a sophisticated approach to understanding strategic needs, financial/market models, competitive trends and business impact
•Hands-on proficiency with Excel macros, and the potential to use advanced decision support analytical tools (e.g., decision analysis software, Power BI, etc.).
•Strategic agility, structured thinking, and intellectual curiosity
•Ability to deal with ambiguity and translate complex concepts into actionable insights
•Collaborative approach, familiarity with matrix organizations and how to successfully work cross-functionally
