Principal IT Project Lead - Scrum Master

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
MUST HAVE (Minimum Qualifications)
•    Bachelor’s degree
•    7+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience with an advanced degree

DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
NICE TO HAVE (Preferred Qualifications)
•    Certified Agile Coach, PSM II, A-CSM, Scaled Scrum, Leadership essentials
•    Previous working experience in full time Scrum/Agile roles
•    Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing others
•    The ability to facilitate, catalyze and (as appropriate) lead organizational change and transformation. This area draws on change management, organization culture, organization development, systems thinking, and other behavioral sciences
•    Demonstrated customer focus with the ability to lead and communicate effectively with business (non-IT) and technical stakeholders 
•    Basic experience with:
o    Team coaching
o    Agile Frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
o    Agile delivery platforms (e.g. VersionOne, Jira)
o    Technical product development and management
o    Risk/issue mitigation
o    Teaching others
•    Ability to build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally 
•    Ability to identify and coordinate cross-functional and team dependencies 
•    Problem-solving and analysis capabilities
•    Prepared to promote a counterculture, challenge the status quo, and pioneer new techniques/strategies to drive excellence
•    Demonstrated ability to work effectively with ambiguity and evolving priorities  
•    Demonstrated ability to be a team player across diverse teams with excellent interpersonal and motivational skills
