Must Have: Minimum Requirements
•Bachelor’s Degree
•7+ years in a communications role within a corporate or agency setting
•Experience planning and implementation of strategic and tactical communications plans (5 years with Masters)
•Experience working with cross-functional teams
•Experience working in a variety of mediums, including print, digital, social, broadcast
•Experience partnering with and managing external vendors and/or working with internal contractors and creative teams.
•Experience with traditional and emerging communications channels, including social media and digital platforms
•Project management experience
Nice to Have:
•MBA or Advance Degree is preferred in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Public Relations
•Med-tech industry experience and/or experience with cardiovascular concepts helpful
•Experience in large global complex corporate environment preferred
•Strong Leadership and influence management skills
•Applies creativity and innovation to solve problems or complete complex assignments
•Demonstrates business acumen, preferably experience in healthcare industry
