Principal Field Clinical Research Specialist
Must Have (Minimum Requirements):
- Bachelors degree required and a minimum of 7 years of clinical research experience, or advanced degree with 5 years of clinical research experience
Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications):
- Technical degree defined as engineering, life sciences or related medical/scientific field.
- Experience in the medical device industry for 5 years
- Experience with a customer-facing role for 5 years
- Experience in training and education for 3 years
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills including proficient knowledge of medical terminology
- Computer skills (MS Office products, word processing, spreadsheets, Excel, etc.)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills
- Interested in training and education in varying settings
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Positive outlook
- Flexible and dependable
- Works effectively on cross-functional teams
- Works effectively on cross-national teams
- Open to new approaches
- Ability to influence/engage individuals or groups
- Cath lab or critical care experience
